Capital Improvement Pillar

This fund will be utilized for the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all facilities so they are top-notch for all of our Scouters; additions or upgrades to facilities; planning and permitting for future capital projects; and staff to do this work.

Invest to support our future physical spaces

The programs that shape tomorrow’s leaders depend on the facilities we maintain today. The Capital Improvement Fund invests in the physical spaces where Scouting happens—from rustic cabins to high-tech classrooms. Safe, modern, and inspiring facilities are vital for delivering top-tier programs.

This fund supports not only maintenance but expansion—new buildings, improved accessibility, and upgraded infrastructure that serve the next generation of Scouts. Whether it’s replacing a worn-out roof or adding solar panels to a camp dining hall, these projects keep our spaces aligned with our mission.

Infrastructure may not seem glamorous, but it’s foundational. This fund ensures that the places where memories are made—and values are instilled—are as strong as the programs they support.
