Fundraising Events
The Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council hosts a variety of Scout fundraising events to help raise some of the necessary funds for our Scouting programs. We invite you to join us at one of our fundraising dinners, golf tournament or sporting clays events.

The Sporting Clays is held at Coyote Valley, in Morgan Hill. This fun event, based on the English shotgun sport, supports Scouting in our area. To sign-up a team or to volunteer, follow the link above.
The Community Leadership Event event raises funds for the Annual Friends of Scouting campaign to support 9,000 youth in local Scouting.
Our largest fundraising event, we honor an individual or couple in the community, selected by their peers, who has given their time professionally and within the community.
The Council Recognition Dinner is held annually and honors the previous year’s Scouts who have obtained the rank of Eagle Scout and Venturing Summit Award. At this event, we also recognize the most recent class of Silver Beaver Honorees, along with special recognitions like Alumni of the Year and Lifesaving awards.
The Golf Tournament is held annually at Cinnabar Hills Golf Course. Enjoy a day of golf followed by a live and silent auction and dinner reception.
