District Roundtable– Join us for our monthly Roundtable meeting, where we cover a different training topic each month! In an hour and a half, we will help save you time planning your unit’s program and enjoy some fellowship with other unit leaders.
Each Month features a Cub Scout and Scouts BSA Break Out and a general announcement session.
Location – The Polaris Roundtable is held in a hybrid style, from 7:30 to 9:00 PM on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. There are some months of the year that will be In-Person only. Roundtables are held at the Good Samaritan UMC, 19624 Homestead Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014.

If you have photos showing Scouts in Action (and parental permission to publish on social media), we would love to feature you on our page. Your Scouts in Action can be anything and everything! Eagle Court of Honor, Community Service, Pinewood Derby, Community Festival, and even FUN meetings—WE want to see it all. Don’t forget to TAG us in your post!
