Have you ever wanted to learn more about a specific Scouting topic or skill? Be prepared to take your Scouting program to the next level! Each year, the council conducts a supplemental adult training event called the University of Scouting (UoS). We are offering classes for adults for all levels of Scouting.
Each year, the council conducts a supplemental adult training event called the University of Scouting (UoS). The schedule for the day goes like this: registration and refreshments start at 7:30 AM, opening flag ceremony and welcome at 8:30am, and then a series of six 50 minute sessions on special interest topics which run all day.
We are currently recruiting our instructors, if you would like to share a hands-on skill with fellow Scouters reach out to us at training@svmbc.org
