Outdoor Adventure Roleplay Scenario

Go on a magical adventure and advance towards merit badges at the Grand Magical Moot!

Every five years, representatives of the villages of the Ostuc region come together for a Grand Moot to reaffirm friendships, trade stories, and decide how to pool their resources for the coming years. It is usually a joyous and peaceful occasion, but this year, something is different. From the deep forest, monsters appear, threatening the Moot itself. Will heroes arise among the villagers and save the Grand Moot?

Grand Moot is an adventure roleplaying scenario where each Scout will take on the role of a villager to explore the wilderness, gather resources, make deals, and defeat monsters. Each villager has different magical abilities and attributes and must work together to advance their village’s goals. Before the scenario begins, Scouts will participate in crafting classes to make costumes and props.

Come on a grand adventure at Hi-Sierra and make progress towards merit badges at Grand Moot!

Participants will receive materials to create tools and costumes at the event.

When: Friday, November 3rd – Sunday, November 5th

Check-in starts at 6:00 PM Friday, Departure at 11 AM Sunday

MEALS PROVIDED: SATURDAY BREAKFAST-DINNER, SUNDAY BREAKFAST. 

A light snack will be provided Friday evening, please eat before you come or bring a dinner.

Cost: $70 per camper, $75 after September 15th.
