2024 Polaris District WeST Fair

This year, WeST Fair (Webelo/AOL to Scout Transition) will be held at Memorial Park in Cupertino on September 14th from 10am – 2pm as a part of the larger Silicon Valley Fun Fest community event (https://www.sv-ff.com/)! This event is primarily for packs and troops in the Polaris District (Sunnyvale/Cupertino/Saratoga).
The purpose of WeST Fair is for cub scout families to shop all the different Scouts BSA troops in their community to find the right fit for their scout.
Troops: Plan to host a recruitment table for the cub scouts and general public who will be stopping by. Have an activity and materials showcasing what makes your troop special.
Packs: Encourage parents of Webelos (4th graders) and Arrow of Lights (5th graders) to visit the 25+ Scouts BSA troops in attendance to find the right one for their youth.
