The Boy Scouts of America relies on dedicated volunteers to promote its mission of preparing young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oat and Scout Law.  Today the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council has over 6,000 adults that provide leadership and mentoring to Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers.

We would like to thank you for your time and dedication you give to Scouting and to the youth in our community.

And, to adults who are not currently Scout volunteers, we invite you to become a volunteer and share in the positive experiences of the Scouting programs.

You can volunteer to help in a variety of ways:

  • Cub Scout or Boy Scout leader
  • District Leader
  • Volunteer at the Council Service Center
  • And more!

Please contact the Council Service Center at 408.638.8300 for more information on how you can volunteer.
