The Scoutmaster is the adult leader responsible for the image and program of the troop. The Scoutmaster and his assistant Scoutmaster works directly with the Scouts.
Working with the Scoutmaster, the Assistant Scoumaster is responsible for a variety of things, including program, leadership, ourdoor program, recruiting, new Scouts, and patrol advisors.
